Scholarships based on compelling financial need.
(Hilo, April 13, 2021) The Hawaii Emergency Physicians Associated, Inc. (HEPA), the physicians who staff the emergency room at Hilo Medical Center and Hale Ho`ola Hamakua in Honokaa, is offering (2) $3,000 college scholarships to students in Hilo and one (1) $3,000 college scholarship to students in Honoka`a.
