Biography
Dr. Ruzkowski started providing locum coverage for our Gastroenterology clinic since January 2023. In his commitment to caring for our community, he decided to join the East Hawaii Health Clinics as a permanent staff. He enjoys all water sports, boating, skiing, paddle boarding and kayaking.
